What is the meaning of St. Patrick’s Day?
St. Patrick’s Day is a celebration of Irish culture, held on or around the 17th March each year. The day marks the death of St. Patrick (c. AD 385–461), Ireland’s primary patron saint, who is widely regarded as the founder of Christianity in Ireland.
